Outer layer-
o made from NFPA 1971 Certified Aluminised Para aramid knit fabric The fabric having extreme light weigh made out of latest modern aluminization which is extreme light weight with higher performance, having weight of 290 GSM only.
o The fabric should be tested and certified as per EN 11612, NFPA1971 WITH THE RATING OF A1B1C3D3 AND E3
o The fabric should offer excellent cut, thermal, radiation, convection heat protections.
Second layer-
o Moisture barrier the second layer should be made from Certified PU Coated glass fabric material.
Third Layer-
o Thermal Barrier- The third layer will be made from high temperature resistance aramid felt material.
o The moisture barrier - and thermal barrier layer should stich together by mechanically strong Para aramid thread to improve waterproof performance of second and third layer. the material grade should be coated.
Fourth layer-
o Thermal barrier fourth layer will be made of Two layer of oxidized pan Flame resistance Non-woven material.
Innermost Layer-
o The Innermost Layer- made from inherently flame resistance IFR Fabric having fabric composition of 50% Meta aramid and 50% FR Viscose with light weight of 120 GSM
